Middle School Ages

6-55 min sessions

This is a perfect special or enrichment class for the homeschooled and unschooled teen and is modeled after a PE-type class with a wide variety of exercises in the water.

Classes can focus on endurance & empowerment in the following areas:  swim safety, swim skills, water exercise, water recreation, and of course, social bonding

Classes are:  4/12, 4/26, 5/3, 5/10, 5/17 from 1-1:55pm with Marisa C.

Come join us for an "Afternoon Delight Aqua Fit" where we will have a mix of cardio and strength challenges in a teamwork format, ending with a recentering energizer to empower you through the rest of your day. This class is a beginner to intermediate level and will be adapted to your needs.

 No need to get your hair wet in this Aquatic Specialist-led and fun class with a therapeutic twist.  Exercises are done in shallow or deep areas and in circuits, focusing on target areas such as the core, butt/hip, and posture. The overall goal of the class is to help improve functional movement, restore natural movement, improve body mechanics hindered by pain or decreased range of motion, and overall general conditioning for beginner to intermediate levels.  Students to maximize the benefits of the water through exercise, at your tempo. Beginner to Intermediate level recommended.  Perfect for Seniors.  Be golden with us!  Class taught by Becky Q.

Get crunk, cha-cha, twist, and shout your way through this super fun water workout.  You can even twerk (don't worry, no one will see you shake it.  You are in the water)!  Exercises are done in shallow areas providing an excellent cross-training workout that is up to 40% more gentle on your joints.  The overall goal of the class is to empower students to maximize the benefits of the water.  Intermediate level recommended.  Get groovy with us.  Class taught by Becky Q.
